Missing Kaua'i

Today has been a tough one.  When this Covid-19 virus shut down our outside world, over a month ago, we were forced to cancel our Century 21 company trip to Kaua'i.  It was sad then, but today I really felt the pain of it.  The last few weeks have been hard.  Homeschool is challenging.  Obtaining certain supplies has been challenging.  Staying away from family and friends has been challenging.  No baseball has been challenging.  And, waking up today and realizing that Russell, Mason and I would have been on a plane to Kaua'i, if life was normal like it used to be, was extra challenging!  I cried just a little bit.  I realize it does absolutely no good to be sad.  There is nothing we can do about this.  So, today I had to make a mental decision to get over it.  I want to remember that I was looking forward to this.  I love to sit on the beach and listen to the ocean.  I love the opportunity to read for hours on en...
